Banana roll
Originally, banana jam with sticky rice chupatty was made from banana jam, peanut, ginger and glutinous rice chupatty (sticky rice cracker), by improving the sweetness and packaging – we call it banana jam cake. This is very first product by the original recipe from ancestors. Later we named it banana roll.
Currently, main ingredients of banana roll: Siamese banana (envoy banana / Pisang Awak), fresh ginger, sugar, peanut/ cashew nut/ sesame/ durian and glutinous rice chupatty.
The cake is less sweet, with the crispy crust , tasty from peanut, the warm aroma of ginger!
From the occasional encounter with a cashewnut company in Binh Phuoc, we have made a slight change in the formula for our crispy banana cakes. Instead of using roasted peanuts, we use their salted roasted cashewnuts. Main ingredients: banana, ginger, sugar, cashewnut, white sesame, sticky rice cracker .
